1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 77vet platform and all its associated services. This document serves as a legally binding agreement between you and 77vet.

77vet is an online gaming platform that offers slot games, sports betting, and live casino services. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to ensure the security of users' information and transactions.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use any service on 77vet. This platform is operated exclusively for those aged 21 and above.

2.2 Registration Terms

You must meet the following conditions when registering an account:

• All information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You may only have one account — creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• You must be an active mobile banking user in Bangladesh.
• Your account cannot be transferred or sold to any third party.
• The mobile number used during registration must be your own.

2.3 Identity Verification

77vet reserves the right to verify your identity and information at any time. A national ID card or other identity documents may be requested if needed. Withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the 77vet support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. 77vet will not be held liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

3.2 Account Balance

Your account balance will always be displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The balance is non-interest-bearing and is not a bank deposit. 77vet does not pay any interest on account balances.

For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, 77vet may take action in accordance with applicable policies. You will be notified by email before any inactivity measures are applied.

3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each user may only operate one account. If the same person or members of the same household are found using multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses will be cancelled.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following mobile banking methods can be used to deposit funds on the 77vet platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly. In rare cases, delays may occur due to technical reasons. In such situations, please contact our support team.

Deposits can only be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned and the related transaction will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

A minimum balance of ৳500 must be available in your account to make a withdrawal. Withdrawals are also processed exclusively through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

Before submitting a withdrawal request, make sure all your account details are correct and verification is complete. You may have the option to cancel a request before the withdrawal is processed.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

77vet is committed to preventing money laundering. Any suspicious transactions detected will automatically be held for review. Documents proving the source of funds may be requested if necessary.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

77vet offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• If any fraud is found in connection with claiming a bonus, the account will be suspended.
• 77vet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

5.4 VIP Program

The 77vet VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers is based on your consistency and level of activity.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

77vet is committed to fair play and a transparent gaming experience. All our games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps the outcome of every game completely unbiased and unpredetermined.

If any player or group attempts to influence results by artificial means, their account will be closed immediately.

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Technical Issues

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77vet website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, game content, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 77vet and is protected by copyright law.

While a limited licence is granted for personal and non-commercial use, the following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Copying, modifying, or distributing 77vet content for commercial purposes.
• Using 77vet's brand name, logo, or trademarks without authorization.
• Decompiling or reverse-engineering the platform's software or code.
• Republishing any content from 77vet.

9 Limitation of Liability

77vet provides its platform "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, freedom from errors, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Under no circumstances will 77vet be liable for:

• Loss or missed bets caused by internet disconnection.
• Loss caused by the failure of third-party software or services.
• Games or transactions disrupted due to unexpected technical errors.
• Financial loss resulting from your own failure to manage your account.
• Consequences of your violation of applicable laws.

11.2 Closure at 77vet's Initiative

77vet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Serious violation of these terms and conditions.
